Absolutely incredible morning - on time pick up, great pilot, nice breakfast setup after the ride. Thought it was pricey when booking, but worth every penny in hindsight.

We were really impressed by the professionalism of this company. They picked us up on time at our hotel and drove us to the site where the balloons were supposed to fly. They started to prepare the balloons but a nasty wind was picking up which would have put us at risk.

So the pilot decided to cancel the flight. None of us was disappointed because they really showed a high level of professionalism and we were grateful that they have passengers' security as a top priority.

If we visit Swakopmund again, we will give this experience another try.

We had a wonderful time on our hot air balloon trip. It was a sunrise ride followed by a lovely bush breakfast complete with champagne.

They picked us up from the hotel before dawn and drove us out into the boonies for the balloon inflation. It was fun to watch! Then we were airborne for around 45-50 minutes. After landing, the crew met us with breakfast and smiles.
