Just a small note to thank you and your team from the bottom of my heart for the absolute professional service and wonderful adventure we had for our 25th wedding anniversary flying over the Namib desert in one of your hot air balloons! It is something we always wanted to do and now we had the privilege to do it in our own hometown in our own country! From the moment of my booking, the friendly service, the punctual pick-up, the meticulously planned balloon flight with the most professional pilot, the lovely champagne breakfast afterwards, right through to the drop-off at our front door, was one great blessing that we will cherish for the rest of our lives! Thank you so much for the initiative to make this possible not only for foreigners and tourists, but for our Namibian people as well!
